"A constitution doesn't guarantee happiness, only the pursuit of it; you have to catch up with it yourself" - Benjamin Franklin

The constitution of the Swinburne Law Students' Society (SLSS) was drafted by the first committee in 2015. Since then, it has operated to provide both the SLSS committee and its members with structure, clarity and consistency. It has been amended a handful of times to reflect the changes and demands of the committee and it's members, and to ensure that the SLSS operates with ease and diligence.
